- May 2016 average sales price for new & existing homes combined ($217,942) is 5.2 percent higher than May 2015.
- There were 3,836 homes sales (new & existing combined) for May 2016 – 0.1 percent higher than last May (3,832).
- Home inventory (new & existing combined) for May 2016 (8,210) is 30 percent lower compared to May 2015.
- The supply of new and existing homes for May 2016 is 2.7 months – representing a home market favoring sellers.
